Start with your town and the type of property. Tell us whether you are planning an interior, exterior, or office repaint. For a larger project, a short room list helps show the full scope.
Include ceilings, trim, doors, and built-ins if you want those painted too. For exterior work, name the siding, trim, doors, or other surfaces in your plans. Mention any peeling paint, rough patches, or worn areas that need a closer look.

Share your preferred timing and any access details that may affect the work. If people will use the home or office during the project, include that in your message. It helps to discuss those needs while defining the scope.
